I am a husband, father of three, gym fanatic, and comic at heart. I began my career as a sales associate in 2003. Since then, I've had the honor of assisting hundreds of buyers and sellers either make a purchase, sell an existing home, or both. I love my job, and truly enjoy working with a wide variety of clients along with the dynamics of each transaction.   I definitely consider my role to be real estate consulting rather than sales, and want to make the process fun and enjoyable, while keeping your best interests in mind.  

For sellers, I provide expert guidance on preparing your home for sale, including staging recommendations and current market analysis, to help position your property for a quick sale at the highest possible value. I will advocate for you throughout negotiations, inspections, and any challenges that arise to help maximize your proceeds at closing.

For buyers, I take a straightforward, no-pressure approach. I help evaluate each property's location, condition, and overall value while identifying maintenance, repair, or safety concerns. With strong knowledge of a home's major systems, I’ll guide you through every step of the process and work diligently to help you find the right home at the best value.
