Kevin was an amazing realtor, he walked us through shopping for both a duplex rental property and a primary residence. While we ended up buying the duplex off market, he was instrumental in teaching us so much about home quality, craftsmanship, and things to look out for. I recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor! 2017: We’ve used Kevin Rigg as our real estate agent twice now. The first time was back in 2010 when he was highly recommended by a friend. He helped us find the house in the country that we were looking for at that time in our lives. Times changed and our needs changed so this year we found ourselves wanting to sell our home and move closer to the city. Without hesitation, we called Kevin to list our house and help us find our next home. He gave us great advice on small updates we could do prior to listing.
